Jordan is a dynamic therapist dedicated to guiding teens (16+), adults, andcouples towards healing and empowerment. With a clever and empathetic lens, Jordan believes in the power of fostering growth while honoring the unique cultural backgrounds of her clients. Through a colorful and culturally competent approach, she creates a safe and inviting space where individuals and couples alike feel empowered to delve into their challenges and celebrate their strengths.

Jordan specializes in supporting teens as they navigate the complexities of adolescence and adult women and men facing life’s obstacles. She provides a nonjudgmental environment where clients can address anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, and generational trauma with confidence and authenticity.

Drawing from a humanistic approach, Jordan values the richness of each client’s cultural identity and tailors her therapeutic interventions accordingly. Through person-centered therapy, she fosters deep connections built on empathy, understanding, and acceptance, empowering clients to chart their own paths towards healing.

In addition to her person-centered approach, Jordan is trained in brainspotting, a technique that facilitates the processing and release of trauma. She also integrates holistic and somatic approaches, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. Mindfulness-based interventions and somatic techniques are integral to Jordan’s therapeutic work, helping clients develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. She celebrates cultural diversity and incorporates client’s backgrounds into the therapeutic process to deepen connection and promote healing.

Jordan is deeply passionate about working with couples at various stages of their relationship journey. Whether it’s premarital couples, those who identify as LGBTQIA+, polyamorous partners, or couples navigating the complexities of uncoupling, Jordan provides support tailored to their unique needs.

With a focus on premarital counseling, Jordan assists couples in establishing strong foundations for their relationships.
