Group Therapy
Group therapy can be a powerful tool for healing and personal growth, and Heal ATL offers a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals seeking to improve their mental health and well-being. At Heal ATL, we will often provide groups that are tailored to address a wide range of issues, including ADHD executive functioning skills, intuitive eating skills, body image concerns, grief & loss support, and a variety of other mental health topics. Our group therapy sessions are designed to be culturally sensitive and inclusive, making them a safe space for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
